Open University Fans Say NO 2 Partnership with Arms Dealers Raytheon, Serco, QinetiQ who with the OU are core members of the Metrix consortium which is to build and run privatised military training in an academy at St Athan Wales and will train not only British service personnel, but those from any regime or private military company that can fork out the ready cash.
